We often forget that there are a lot of people outside the happy bubble we live in that don't even know that beer is a key component of "the good life," and one thing we can do as Cicerones is to spread that knowledge.

Batch #305 - Deutscher Pils
What kind of idiot brews beer, and labor- and heat- intensive lager beer, on a 90+ degree afternoon? All right, the answer is clear, but I have an excuse: it's for our friends Aaron and Beth, to be served at their October wedding. And who could refuse such a charming couple:
